Business Challenge: The client was looking for a secure, mobile-friendly solution to sell their cake design and cake decoration classes to students. They were unhappy with the earlier website created by an offshore developer in India referred by their cousin since they spent 3 months in unsuccessful email and phone conversations which didn’t go anywhere since the developer and they were speaking a different language and had different takeaways from each conversation. They were looking for a responsive website that would seamlessly work flawlessly across any device – Desktop, Laptop, iPad, iPhone, Android phone & tablet, and smart tv. They were also looking for a website that could be found easily on Google.

Solution: Our solution encompassed Business Consulting/Advisory, Coaching, and Co-Creation with the client. After understanding the Business Need the rsquare media team developed a functional spec sheet that listed the must-have features from an end-user perspective as well as the School’s  business objectives. We designed Facebook Ecommerce Apps to support the Drupal Ecommerce Website which leveraged PayPal payment processing solutions that supported one-time as well as repeat purchases and monthly subscriptions.  

Results: Sales referred by Facebook Apps contributed to 25% of Annual Revenue.
